Our Team

Delmastro + Eells co-founder Jeff Eells has 30 years of experience in commercial general contracting and construction management.   Prior to forming Delmastro + Eells, Jeff was the Executive Vice President and Division Manager for an ENR Top 100 company.   His years of varied experience enable Jeff to assist clients at any stage of development and construction. Jeff is involved with the construction of a wide variety of project types including healthcare, business office, hotel/resort, manufacturing and industrial.

Before joining Mr. Eells as a founder of Delmastro + Eells, Bob was Senior Project Manager for 15 years with one of Phoenix's oldest contractors.   Bob has been involved with major projects for corporate and institutional clients and private developers, in both profit and not for profit settings.   His signature blend of real world understanding of operational issues ahs rewarded him with a successful track of client satisfaction.
